• Participate in a remote, asynchronous survey focused on payer interaction workflows.

• Outline daily operations related to credentialing, prior authorizations, and claims management.

• Identify administrative challenges encountered when engaging with payers.

• Assess the effectiveness of existing practice management techniques.

• Respond to workflow scenarios and estimate the time allocated to administrative duties.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience as a practice manager, billing specialist, or healthcare administrator with a focus on practice administration or billing.

• Direct, hands-on experience in managing payer interactions and contracting for a healthcare provider organization.

• Knowledge of prior authorization and claims processing workflows.

• Currently working at a healthcare provider organization.

• Professionals from small to mid-sized practices are strongly encouraged to apply.
