Media Supervisor, Media and Engagement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies that drive significant business results for clients within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.

• Lead initiatives in media planning and purchasing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior staff, and impact campaign outcomes from conception through execution.

• Manage the planning, purchasing, execution, and optimization of paid media campaigns across a variety of client accounts.

• Act as a strategic consultant to both clients and internal teams, creating media recommendations that are in line with business goals and audience requirements.

• Direct the media buying process, maintain vendor relationships, oversee campaign budgets, and ensure all tactics are implemented correctly and on time.

• Work closely with account, strategy, planning, operations, creative, and analytics teams to provide integrated media solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• At least 5 years of experience in media planning and purchasing.

• Proven experience in developing and executing media campaigns across programmatic, endemic, CTV/video, traditional television, radio, digital out-of-home, and out-of-home channels.

• In-depth knowledge of media strategy, planning, purchasing, vendor negotiations, and campaign execution.

• Experience in managing budgets, insertion orders, timelines, and media financial reporting.

• Capability to present media recommendations and performance insights to clients and internal stakeholders.

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with media research and planning tools such as SRDS, Kantar, Nielsen, or equivalent platforms.
