This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Develop and oversee the annual paid media strategy and budget in collaboration with both client and internal teams.
• Design creative media buys utilizing a combination of traditional, digital, programmatic, and community-focused platforms.
• Ensure fair outreach to Black, Latino, Asian, immigrant, and rural communities.
• Negotiate vendor contracts, manage placement schedules, and monitor key performance indicators such as reach, frequency, and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Data Analyst to track media performance and adjust buys based on randomized control trials and evaluation data.
• Work alongside the Creative Director to maintain consistent and impactful message delivery across all media channels.
• Deliver monthly media performance reports that include actionable insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, media planning, or analytics.
• Over 7 years of experience in media strategy and buying, ideally within public sector or health awareness initiatives.
• Strong understanding of equitable media planning and multicultural engagement.
• Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, OTT, and community-focused media buying.
