Media Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Engage in daily discussions with clients and internal teams to ensure campaign alignment and success.

• Transform client objectives into actionable campaign strategies and tactics, enhancing value and efficiency in execution.

• Develop and execute media strategies that align with client goals.

• Oversee the daily operations of junior media team members, including project delegation, performance monitoring, and adherence to quality standards.

• Manage budgets and provide recommendations for fund allocation.

• Analyze results and present actionable insights to clients.

• Utilize analytical reasoning, data analysis, and problem-solving skills to optimize campaigns and enhance performance.

• Offer proactive coaching, task management, and timeline requirements to specialists, promoting growth and expertise.

• Take responsibility for performance evaluations and deliver constructive feedback to aid team development.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3+ years of experience in paid search or media buying, preferably in an agency environment.

• Familiarity with Mercado Libre, Walmart, and Amazon.

• Excellent client service and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions, build relationships, and instill confidence.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, able to deliver actionable insights and measurable outcomes.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and chart creation; familiarity with macros is advantageous).

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
