This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria.
• Assist in the transition of manual workflows to automated processes utilizing internal tools and platforms like N8N.
• Convert editorial and client brief specifications into scalable system setups.
• Set up and manage automation workflows for content acquisition, validation, tagging, summarization, and distribution.
• Create and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for automated workflows.
• Oversee and resolve issues related to workflow automation, data integrity, and system performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate implementation and maintenance of client requirements.
• Keep documentation of client configurations current and communicate updates across teams.
• Discover opportunities to enhance workflow efficiency, scalability, and precision.
• Assist with vendor-related tasks, including service assessment, communication, and invoice reconciliation.
• Enthusiasm for workflow automation, systems configuration, or operational tools.
• Knowledge of automation platforms (e.g., N8N) or comparable workflow tools.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail in system configuration and monitoring.
• Capability to document processes clearly and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience in supporting or collaborating with third-party vendors (preferred).
• Proactive problem-solver focused on continuous enhancement.
• Comfortable in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
• Actively integrate AI tools into daily tasks to boost productivity and speed up delivery.
