Media Insights Analyst, Finnish Speaker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Finland.

📋 Description

• Analyze client requirements and convert them into actionable reporting outputs, such as dashboards, report templates, and data queries.

• Oversee timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality reports are produced on time with consistent formatting and visual standards.

• Generate clear, accurate, and insightful analyses based on key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting thorough proofreading and data validation.

• Address client inquiries and feedback regarding reports, while also contributing to internal training initiatives to enhance team knowledge and efficiency.

• Perform quantitative and qualitative analyses of media data to derive insights related to brand perception, media performance, and industry trends.

• Leverage software tools, Excel, and PowerPoint to extract, manipulate, and present data, collaborating with internal teams and clients to drive value-added initiatives.

• Provide reporting in Finnish and/or Swedish as dictated by client requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Strong analytical abilities with experience in media data analysis, reporting, and visualization.

• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting software; knowledge of dashboard tools is a plus.

• Exceptional attention to detail, with robust data validation and proofreading skills.

• Strong communication skills in Finnish and/or Swedish, with the capacity to articulate insights clearly to clients and team members.

• Capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

• Experience in both quantitative and qualitative media analysis is preferred.
