Media & Entertainment Technical Enablement Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Developing and implementing enablement and awareness initiatives and materials.

• Addressing or proactively preventing customer inquiries or issues related to product or feature releases.

• Collaborating with colleagues within the Customer Reliability team to create tools, resources, and training.

• Partnering with the CTS ORT core team, customer reliability associates, and product teams to evaluate the customer impact of product or feature launches.

• Producing enablement and awareness documentation, including articles, Message Maps, PowerPoint presentations, training videos, and more.

• Providing ongoing education to empower Support teams to remain updated on customer workflows and the utilization of AI tools.

• Preparing and conducting training and onboarding for new hires, as well as follow-up training sessions and webinars.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, enablement, communications, or presentations within a software company in a technical role.

• Advanced proficiency in Flow production tracking (previously known as shotgrid).

• Familiarity with Maya or 3ds Max — additional knowledge of Flame, Arnold, Smoke, Mudbox, and Motionbuilder is a plus.

• Proven experience in creating process guides and/or training modules for a diverse audience.

• Comfortable organizing and leading training sessions, webinars, and other educational programs, along with follow-up communication, evaluation, and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and exceptional multitasking abilities.

• Capability to comprehend customer challenges and propose or develop effective training solutions or other enablement materials.

• Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Office and Teams.
