This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead the strategy, planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Manage client and vendor relationships while overseeing substantial media budgets.
• Propel customer acquisition and engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet business goals.
• Oversee paid media campaigns across diverse platforms including Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Paid Social, and Programmatic display.
• Formulate and execute comprehensive paid digital media strategies.
• Evaluate campaign performance utilizing tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.
• Guide, mentor, and develop digital media managers, analysts, and specialists.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related discipline.
• 8–12+ years of experience in digital marketing.
• 5+ years of experience managing paid media teams and budgets.
• Extensive knowledge in:
• - Paid Search (SEM)
• - Paid Social
• - Programmatic Advertising
• - Display and Video Advertising
• - Attribution and Measurement
• - Comprehensive expertise in all Google properties, Meta, Live Ramp, and Microsoft Ads.
• Experience managing custom audiences within media platforms.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Proven experience in presenting to senior executives.
• Experience leading a team across different time zones.
• Relevant experience in financial services, banking, insurance, healthcare, or other regulated sectors.
