Media & Communications Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily communication and content dissemination across social media platforms.

• Create and implement social media strategies aimed at fostering audience expansion and engagement.

• Collaborate with podcast editors, designers, and creative partners to guarantee timely content delivery.

• Transform podcast, editorial, and community content into formats tailored for specific platforms.

• Ensure brand consistency in all communications and visual materials.

• Work alongside editorial and leadership teams on content planning and campaign execution.

• Assist in the launch and promotion of podcast episodes, articles, events, and community initiatives.

• Analyze content performance through analytics to identify growth and optimization opportunities.

• Aid in the development of content calendars, distribution strategies, and audience engagement approaches.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in media, communications, content marketing, editorial, publishing, podcasting, or related fields within the psychedelics sector - experience in psychedelics is essential!

• Demonstrated experience in growing media companies and fostering engaged online communities.

• Proven track record in developing podcasts, newsletters, editorial content, and media brands.

• Exceptional written communication and organizational abilities.

• Experience in coordinating efforts across various stakeholders and creative teams.

• Deep understanding of platform-specific content for LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, and additional channels.

• A strong passion for mental health, psychedelics, personal development, wellness, or similar fields.

• Located in Europe or capable of primarily working within European time zones.

• Proficient English communication skills.

• Comfortable with remote work in a distributed international team.
