This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the preparation and execution of the Monthly All-Hands meetings, including the agenda, production, Q&A sessions, evaluation, and subsequent communications.
• Revamp the company intranet hub to serve as the definitive source for employee resources and information.
• Conduct audits and manage company-wide Slack channels, focusing on setting standards, curating content, and ensuring high-quality interactions.
• Create and enforce editorial guidelines for company newsletters, including frequency and governance.
• Facilitate the senior leader forum and manager forum, taking charge of agendas, content creation, executive preparation, and Q&A processes.
• Provide senior leaders and managers with consistent communication materials to share with their teams.
• Collaborate with the Head of Global Communications to design, implement, and manage internal communication programs.
• Develop and maintain the internal communications operating framework for strategic initiatives, daily channels, and leadership and manager support.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance communication efficiency while exercising discernment to uphold quality.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional communications experience.
• Demonstrated success in establishing or scaling internal communications programs from inception.
• Outstanding writing and editing capabilities, including the ability to draft in an executive tone and communicate clearly with employees.
• Strong program and project management competencies.
• Capacity to work independently and navigate ambiguity effectively.
• Executive presence and sound judgment, with the ability to build credibility with leadership, including the CEO.
• Proficient and active use of AI tools such as Anthropic Claude.
• Experience in professional communications within a fast-growing B2B technology or cybersecurity setting (preferred).
• Openness to experimenting with new employee communication strategies (preferred).
• Knowledge of internal communications metrics and KPI development (preferred).
• Familiarity with platforms such as Slack, Slido, Zoom, and newsletter/intranet tools like Confluence (preferred).
