This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Daily management of advertisements across TikTok, Meta, and Google.
• Budget planning, scaling strategies, and retargeting efforts.
• Conducting split tests, hook tests, and audience testing.
• Reporting and optimization based on Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
• Collaboration with the Creative Team.
• Over 1 year of experience with paid advertising (E-Commerce / TikTok).
• Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs and ROAS.
• Structured work approach and a sense of personal responsibility.
• Fluent in English with a performance-oriented mindset.
• Remote work with flexible hours.
• Fixed salary plus a percentage of profit/ROAS.
• Long-term collaboration with growth potential.
• Full creative freedom in testing and budget allocation.
• One-week test campaign (you will receive a test budget).
• One-month trial contract with weekly KPIs.
• Following this, a long-term contract (6–12 months plus a bonus structure).
