This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee and enhance TikTok advertising campaigns on a daily basis, including budget distribution, bid modifications, and performance monitoring.
• Proactively manage live campaign performance during high-spending webinar periods (Sunday & Wednesday), implementing swift, real-time adjustments.
• Intensively scale successful creatives while promptly eliminating underperforming advertisements to optimize ROAS.
• Navigate the fluctuations of TikTok advertising (including ad disapprovals, downtime, and performance variances) and adjust campaigns with minimal disruption.
• Analyze patterns in top-performing ads and suggest new creative strategies (hooks, messaging, and targeting angles).
• Spearhead the launch and expansion of Meta ads as an additional acquisition channel.
• Work closely with the founder on audience targeting, messaging, and optimizing landing pages based on conversion data.
• Continuously explore new audiences, creative concepts, and campaign frameworks to enhance performance.
• 2–3+ years of practical media buying experience (TikTok experience is essential).
• A proven history of managing and scaling paid campaigns with clear performance indicators (ROAS, CPA, CAC).
• Strong grasp of the TikTok advertising environment, including creative testing and platform-specific behavior.
• Familiarity with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) or a demonstrated capability to quickly adapt.
• Experience in working with informational products, digital courses, or webinar funnels is highly desirable.
• Ability to make quick, data-driven decisions in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the capacity to convert data into actionable insights.
• Comfortable engaging directly with founders and operating with a significant level of ownership.
• Proficient in English communication.
