Media Buyer – Telegram Ads

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Execute and expand paid advertising campaigns within the Telegram Ads framework, focusing on the Turkish market (iGaming sector).

• Position sponsored messages in suitable Telegram channels to generate high-quality traffic to our offerings.

• Initiate and oversee campaigns using the Telegram Ads platform (including sponsored ads, videos, text, etc.).

• Identify and target appropriate Turkish Telegram channels (casino/betting audience).

• Develop and evaluate ad creatives tailored for the Telegram format.

• Manage several ad accounts and budgets effectively.

• Optimize campaigns based on CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROI metrics.

• Monitor ad placements and enhance traffic quality.

• Utilize tracking tools and analytics for performance assessment.

• Scale successful campaigns while eliminating those that underperform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Telegram Ads (official platform).

• Background in managing campaigns within restricted/sensitive sectors (iGaming).

• Strong comprehension of the Turkey Telegram audience and channel landscape.

• Capable of creating high-converting Telegram ad creatives and identifying quality channels for ad placements.

• Experienced in ad account management (including sourcing and purchasing accounts), budget oversight, and scaling strategies with a data-driven approach (comfortable with performance metrics).

• Preferred: Experience in iGaming/betting offers, understanding of funnel tracking (post-click performance), experience managing large budgets, and proficiency in Russian/English.
