This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Strategize, develop, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.
• Oversee budgets, campaign frameworks, bidding approaches, and key performance objectives.
• Design static ad creatives and formulate briefs/hooks for video content.
• Craft compelling ad copy that drives conversions across various stages of the sales funnel.
• Execute systematic A/B testing on creatives, copy, target audiences, and offers.
• Evaluate campaign performance and deliver clear, actionable insights.
• Collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and funnel teams.
• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• In-depth understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategy.
• Strong proficiency in copywriting for performance-driven advertising.
• Comfortable with data analysis and converting insights into actionable strategies.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar applications.
• Meticulous, organized, and proactive in approach.
• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.
