Media Buyer – Paid Advertising Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Strategize, develop, and enhance paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google platforms.

• Oversee budgets, campaign frameworks, bidding tactics, and performance objectives.

• Establish and manage tracking pixels, conversion events, and UTM parameters.

• Design static ad creatives and formulate briefs/hooks for video content.

• Craft persuasive ad copy across various stages of the sales funnel.

• Conduct structured A/B testing on creatives, copy, target audiences, and offers.

• Evaluate performance metrics and deliver clear, actionable insights.

• Leverage AI tools to aid in ad creation, testing, and reporting processes.

• Strive for continuous improvement in CPL, CPA, ROAS, and lead quality.

• Collaborate effectively with design, marketing, and funnel teams.

• Keep abreast of platform updates, policies, and best practices in paid media.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Comprehensive understanding of audience targeting and funnel strategies.

• Proficient copywriting skills tailored for performance-driven advertising.

• Comfortable analyzing data and translating insights into actionable results.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Photoshop, or similar.

• Experience utilizing AI tools in creative and performance-focused workflows.

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in approach.

• Capable of working independently with minimal oversight.

• Preferred experience includes TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or YouTube Ads.

• Knowledge of GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or comparable CRM/automation platforms.

• Experience with GA4, conversion APIs, and advanced tracking configurations.

• Familiarity with AI-driven workflows for ad creation.
