Media Buyer, Paid Ads Lead – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Oversee LinkedIn advertising campaigns from initiation to completion, including setup, budgeting, bidding, and optimization.

• Develop and enhance audience targeting strategies, utilizing matched audiences derived from CRM data.

• Upload, categorize, and manage audience lists from Salesforce or equivalent platforms.

• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, and campaign formats.

• Track campaign performance and refine strategies based on key metrics such as CTR, CPL, and conversions.

• Analyze data to uncover trends, insights, and areas for enhancement.

• Create clear, actionable performance reports for stakeholders.

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment of campaign strategy and assets.

• Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency and return on investment.

• Keep informed of updates to LinkedIn Ads, best practices, and industry trends.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns.

• Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Campaign Manager.

• Experience with CRM data management (Salesforce or similar).

• Comprehensive understanding of targeting, bidding, and budget optimization strategies.

• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven approach.

• Proven experience in conducting A/B tests and enhancing campaign performance.

• Ability to work independently in a remote, asynchronous environment.

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
