This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Oversee and enhance campaigns within Google Ads Manager.
• Develop, assess, and expand campaigns utilizing structured testing methodologies.
• Enhance CPA, MER, ROAS, and scaling effectiveness.
• Perform breakdown analyses, attribution assessments, and performance diagnostics.
• Continuously refine creative elements, target audiences, and bidding strategies.
• **Creative Testing & Iteration**
• Function within high-volume creative testing frameworks.
• Manage numerous active ads and organized testing cycles.
• Deliver feedback to creative teams based on performance metrics.
• Balance assertive testing with financial discipline.
• **Budget & Scaling Discipline**
• Operate within high-expenditure accounts and dynamic settings.
• Aid in scaling initiatives while upholding efficiency standards.
• Track performance against LTV and subscription payback benchmarks.
• **Revenue Impact**
• Link media buying choices directly to revenue results.
• Assist in subscription-oriented scaling strategies.
• Contribute to overall company growth through disciplined execution.
• Direct, hands-on experience managing Google ad accounts (not merely assisting or reporting).
• Experience with CPG/DTC brands is MANDATORY! (subscription-focused preferred).
• Familiarity with large-scale creative workflows (hundreds or thousands of active ads).
• Experience in high-spend environments ($50M+ annual budgets preferred).
• Strong knowledge of subscription ROAS and LTV-driven scaling.
• Brand-side or agency experience managing large-scale Meta accounts.
• Excellent English communication skills (C1-C2 level).
