
Media Buyer – Financial & Investment Lead Generation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the procurement and management of email lead generation initiatives from publishers, newsletter operators, and lead providers.
• Identify, negotiate, and enhance direct media buying opportunities within the finance and investment sectors.
• Create and scale lead generation campaigns across various platforms:
• Google Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
• Native advertising networks
• Other paid acquisition channels
• Establish and manage retargeting campaigns to maximize conversion rates and enhance lead quality.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for cost per lead (CPL), cost per acquisition (CPA), lead quality, and return on investment (ROI).
• Conduct audience testing, creative testing, and optimize landing pages.
• Analyze traffic sources and lead performance to pinpoint scaling opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to ensure lead quality aligns with business goals.
• Manage advertising budgets and distribute spending across channels based on performance metrics.
• Track and report on campaign metrics while offering recommendations for enhancements.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in media buying, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• Demonstrated success in generating leads within financial services, investing, fintech, insurance, or similar sectors.
• Experience in purchasing leads or negotiating direct media buys with publishers and list owners.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube advertising.
• Proficient in building and optimizing retargeting campaigns.
• Comprehensive understanding of conversion tracking, attribution, pixels, and analytics platforms.
• An analytical mindset with the capability to make data-driven decisions.
