Media Buyer – Creative Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Take charge of paid media strategies for DTC/eCommerce clients on both Meta and TikTok platforms.

• Create creative testing roadmaps — craft unique angles, prepare briefs for editors, and analyze effective strategies.

• Oversee advertising budgets ranging from $30,000 to $1,000,000 per month for each client.

• Evaluate the entire funnel — identify whether issues lie within the creative, offer, or conversion stages.

• Effectively communicate with clients — deliver presentations on results, strategies, and next steps.

• Collaborate with UGC creators — identify talent, write scripts, and direct content as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess hands-on experience in scaling eCommerce brands:

• - You have managed Meta Ads with actual expenditures and can demonstrate outcomes (CPA, ROAS, revenue).

• - Bonus: You have established or operated your own Shopify store or eCommerce brand.

• **You recognize that creativity is key:**

• - You can derive insights from reviews, competitor advertisements, and comments to develop new concepts.

• - You have experience writing UGC scripts or creative briefs.

• - You can collaborate with editors to produce effective ad variations.

• - Skills in video editing or design are advantageous.

• **You are a strategist, not a robot:**

• - You challenge assumptions and adapt swiftly.

• - You do not blindly adhere to "best practices."

• - You can articulate your decisions and their rationale.
