This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Take charge of daily media buying for a portfolio of accounts, including structuring, budgeting, testing, scaling, and analyzing performance.
• Develop and uphold account structures in accordance with the YMP methodology (Andromeda, creative diversity, rigorous testing discipline).
• Achieve account-specific KPIs such as spend pacing, CPA, MER, ROAS, and the unique targets established with each client.
• Craft compelling creative briefs that lead to successful advertisements, incorporating concepts, angles, hooks, scripts, and references that are informed by data and market insights.
• Evaluate creative output, provide constructive feedback when necessary, and ensure that only the best work is delivered.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of new creative ideas constantly in testing.
• Manage client communications comprehensively: including Loom updates, Slack/WhatsApp/email interactions, and conducting monthly or bi-weekly calls and strategy reviews.
• Produce clear and honest reports detailing what occurred, the reasons behind it, and the next steps forward—without resorting to jargon.
• Proactively manage expectations by identifying issues early, setting achievable targets, and keeping clients engaged with the plan during unpredictable results.
• Navigate difficult conversations—such as underperformance, attribution disputes, and scope creep—with professionalism.
• Foster genuine relationships with founders, making them feel like a part of your team rather than just clients.
• Proven track record with Meta ads, demonstrating real spend management—experience in running accounts at scale and the ability to discuss specific accounts, decisions, and outcomes.
• Proficient in the technical aspects: Andromeda-style structure, ASC vs. manual, broad vs. interest targeting, creative testing frameworks, budget strategies, and attribution realities.
• Strong capabilities in creative strategy—able to assess an offer, pinpoint angles, and craft briefs that generate ads that are worth implementing.
• Comfortable analyzing data and diagnosing issues: recognizing when a problem lies with creative content, the offer, the landing page, or attribution.
• Solid understanding of unit economics—MER, CAC, contribution margin, LTV—and how decisions in paid media influence these factors.
• Exceptional client-facing communication skills, both written and on camera, with the confidence to engage effectively with founders generating £1M–£20M+ annually.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure, especially during periods when accounts are subject to platform volatility or creative fatigue.
• Highly organized and self-motivated—capable of managing a book of accounts independently without requiring constant oversight.
• Comfortable working in a remote team setting, with Slack, Looms, and asynchronous communication as the standard.
• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.
• Flexible working hours and remote work opportunities.
• Professional development and ongoing training programs.
• Access to cutting-edge tools and technology.
• Collaborative and supportive team culture.
