This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Independently manage multiple Meta advertising accounts.
• Create, launch, test, optimize, and scale paid social media campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance to determine what to scale, enhance, or discontinue.
• Track essential metrics, including cost per lead and cost per booked appointment.
• Assess campaign performance beyond lead volume, focusing on downstream conversion quality.
• Formulate campaign strategies and establish creative direction for advertisements.
• Draft content and creative briefs for video production teams.
• Evaluate ad creatives and make decisions on what should be published.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Customer Success Manager (CSM), founder, and creative team.
• Assist in funnel performance through basic tasks related to landing pages or GoHighLevel funnels as required.
• Proven experience managing Meta ads for lead generation purposes.
• Background in overseeing campaigns for local service businesses or comparable performance-driven service models.
• Capability to manage multiple accounts independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong grasp of performance metrics, particularly cost per lead and cost per appointment.
• Ability to quickly diagnose account issues and identify initial testing opportunities.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Availability to work full-time in alignment with EST hours, Monday through Friday.

• Familiarity with GoHighLevel.
• Experience with landing pages or lead generation funnels.
• Previous experience in contractor, home services, or similar local business sectors.
• 100% remote work in hours accommodating LATAM regions.
