This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Take charge of the paid media strategy and execution across platforms such as Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Enhance acquisition efficiency and foster measurable growth for consumer brands.
• Focus on optimizing CAC, ROAS, LTV, and channel efficiency objectives.
• Work in collaboration with brand teams to facilitate creative testing.
• Establish tracking, attribution, and measurement frameworks.
• Provide weekly performance reports to OpCo leaders and the executive team.
• 4–7+ years of experience managing paid media at scale (over $1M monthly spend), with substantial expertise in Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads.
• Experience with direct-to-consumer or multi-brand portfolios is critical.
• Proficient understanding of attribution platforms, MMM, and analytics is required.
• A background in any of the following areas is advantageous: consumer brand growth, music or entertainment marketing, sports and lifestyle audiences, creator and influencer collaborations, D2C subscription models, or agency-side multi-brand operations.
• Base salary ranging from $1500 to $2,000 USD per month.
• Monthly performance bonus linked to ROAS, CAC, and portfolio growth objectives.
