This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Create and execute online campaigns designed to drive growth for our client's products, utilizing expertise in Google Ads, YouTube, and major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Oversee the implementation of paid campaigns across Google Ads, prominent social media channels, and emerging platforms.
• Collaborate with client managers and innovation leaders to develop strategies that enhance engagement and foster business growth.
• Provide training and consulting to client teams, ensuring they optimize campaign effectiveness across all channels.
• Acquire, adhere to, and showcase a thorough understanding of internal policies and procedures.
• Regularly monitor, assess, and enhance campaigns for peak performance on Google Ads and social media platforms.
• Coordinate effectively with other channels to guarantee the success of integrated online advertising.
• Direct customer experience testing and optimizations throughout the customer journey, including ad creative, ad placement, landing page experience, conversion forms, post-conversion relationships, A/B and multivariate testing, etc.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing Managers to meet their objectives and develop cohesive campaign programs.
• 4-5+ years of experience in paid media platforms with a demonstrated history of creating, executing, and optimizing high-performing campaigns across Google Ads and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Proficiency in English is essential.
• Outstanding presentation skills, comfortable discussing and presenting data to clients.
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a fast-paced team and confidently present data insights to clients.
• Strategic thinker capable of addressing complex issues and formulating recommendations that yield high ROI.
