Media Buyer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Strategize and initiate paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads for designated client accounts.

• Develop campaign frameworks: including structure, targeting, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and creative briefs.

• Establish and verify conversion tracking and attribution (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM, UTMs) prior to each launch.

• Determine campaign KPIs in advance and validate measurement frameworks with account managers.

• Assess campaign performance on a daily basis and optimize towards established KPIs: CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion volume.

• Quickly identify performance declines — pinpoint root causes and implement targeted solutions.

• Manage budgets proactively: ensure proper pacing, reallocate based on performance, and highlight overspend risks in advance.

• Conduct continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages — document and utilize insights gained.

• Provide clear, precise performance reports on a regular basis — results-oriented with context and subsequent steps.

• Convert campaign data into straightforward client updates through the account management team.

• Keep thorough documentation of campaign modifications, test outcomes, and optimization choices.

• Identify and convey risks before they affect client results — taking proactive measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing paid media campaigns for client accounts (agency experience is highly preferred).

• Experience managing monthly ad budgets exceeding $5,000 for each client account.

• Advanced proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

• Skilled in Looker Studio or similar tools for creating client-facing reporting dashboards.

• Familiarity with landing page optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles.

• Must be available to work full-time during MST hours.
