This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Strategize, initiate, and oversee paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Create and refine campaigns aimed at B2C lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Guide qualified leads through the entire sales funnel, from initial awareness to final conversion.
• Track and assess campaign performance metrics, including CPL, CAC, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Continuously enhance targeting, creatives, copy, and bidding techniques to boost outcomes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure ads align with landing pages, offers, and sales processes.
• Efficiently manage and allocate advertising budgets across various platforms.
• Establish, oversee, and optimize tracking (pixels, conversions, events) for precise reporting.
• Compile performance reports and offer actionable insights and recommendations.
• Remain informed about platform updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Media Buyer or Paid Media Specialist.
• Extensive hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Proven success in B2B marketing and lead generation initiatives.
• Experience in running advertisements designed to generate leads and guide prospects through a sales pipeline.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and enhance performance.
• Experience managing medium to large-scale advertising budgets.
• Comprehensive understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Capacity to work autonomously and handle multiple campaigns at once.
• Previous experience in the construction, home services, or trade-related sectors.
