This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Strategize, implement, and enhance paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.

• Develop and oversee automated marketing workflows utilizing **GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and n8n**.

• Enhance lead tracking, attribution, and funnel efficiency through automation systems.

• Regularly assess campaign performance and optimize for ROAS, CPA, and LTV.

• Create and evaluate landing pages, funnels, and conversion techniques.

• Collaborate with sales and CRM teams to ensure a smooth lead flow and follow-up automation.

• Execute A/B testing strategies across advertisements, funnels, and creatives.

• Manage budget distribution across various campaigns and channels.

• Identify scaling opportunities and minimize wasted ad spend through data-driven insights.

• 2–5+ years of experience in media buying or performance marketing.

• Strong practical experience with Meta Ads Manager and/or Google Ads.

• Demonstrated experience using GoHighLevel (GHL), Zapier, and/or n8n for automation workflows.

• Comprehensive understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and CRM integration.

• Strong analytical capabilities with experience in interpreting campaign data and KPIs.

• Experience with lead generation campaigns (B2C or B2B).

• Ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, remote work environment.

• Strong problem-solving attitude with a focus on optimization and scaling.

• Bonus: experience with TikTok Ads, native ads, or affiliate marketing campaigns.
