This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.
• Strategize, initiate, and oversee paid media campaigns on diverse platforms including Google, Meta, and others.
• Track campaign effectiveness and enhance performance based on key performance indicators such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates.
• Execute audience analysis, A/B testing, and creative enhancements to boost results.
• Efficiently manage and distribute budgets to optimize return on investment.
• Examine campaign data to deliver actionable insights and comprehensive reporting.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to create high-impact ad creatives.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends, tools, and updates in digital advertising.
• At least 3+ years of experience in media buying or paid advertising.
• Demonstrated experience in managing campaigns on Google Ads and/or Meta Ads.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data to inform decisions.
• Proficiency with tracking tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager.
• Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution models.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
