This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Take charge of the comprehensive media strategy across Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and DSPs to ensure our brand reaches our target audience effectively.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to convert business objectives into high-performing campaign frameworks and KPIs.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to uncover unexploited opportunities in high-risk or niche B2B sectors.
• Execute data-driven ad placements while managing substantial budgets with a keen emphasis on ROI and effective fund allocation.
• Assess real-time performance utilizing GA4 and platform analytics, adjusting strategies promptly when data indicates a bottleneck.
• Expand successful campaigns while diligently eliminating underperforming expenditures to sustain a streamlined, high-impact operation.
• Distill complex datasets into actionable insights through regular performance reports that narrate a story rather than merely presenting figures.
• Engage in negotiations with media vendors to secure premium placements and improved rates, maximizing the effectiveness of every dollar invested.
• Over 4 years of media buying experience (Agency experience is a significant advantage).
• A solid understanding of the long-tail conversion cycle and strategies to engage professional decision-makers.
• Profound technical knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience navigating the intricacies of regulated or high-risk industries and successfully getting ads approved where others struggle.
• You don't merely "view" data; you leverage GA4 and platform tools to drive month-over-month improvements of 10%.
• Upper-intermediate proficiency or higher (you will be communicating across global markets).
