This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Design and implement sophisticated experiments that demonstrate advertising value and enhance campaigns, providing actionable insights that inform business decisions.
• Analyze experimental data to generate nuanced recommendations aimed at improving ad performance and measurement outcomes.
• Customize measurement strategies to align with stakeholder needs by creating innovative metrics and data visualizations that uncover deeper business insights.
• Collaborate proactively with stakeholders to develop media measurement strategies and tackle complex challenges, effectively navigating ambiguous measurement queries.
• Present experimental results and other data-informed insights with executive presence to senior clients, educating them on methodologies and ensuring consensus on actionable insights.
• Facilitate discussions, training sessions, and Q&A opportunities as a thought leader in ad measurement and experimentation, fostering confidence in measurement results among clients and internal teams.
• Identify strategic opportunities, including potential client upsells or internal operational improvements, based on data-derived insights.
• Create tailored analytical solutions, including code, dashboards, and self-service tools with data-driven enhancements, whether through client engagements or project initiatives.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Engineering, Mathematics/Statistics, Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 6+ years of experience in data and measurement or consulting environments, showcasing expertise in statistical data analytics.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in advertising efficacy, media/marketing measurement, and experimentation.
• Advanced proficiency in experimentation methodologies, including A/B testing, holdout designs, and incrementality measurement.
• Exceptional data storytelling abilities and advanced visualization skills utilizing tools such as Tableau or Mode.
• Experience in developing self-service tools and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency in statistical programming (Python/R) for creating and validating custom analytical solutions.
• Proven ability to translate analytics insights into strategic recommendations that drive business results.
• Demonstrated success in working independently, showcasing curiosity, active listening, creativity, and a results-oriented approach in an organized manner.
