• Implement AI technologies to enhance and refine business processes.

• Client-focused Communication: Cultivates strong relationships with key client decision-makers by conducting monthly one-on-one check-ins to assess sentiment, gather feedback, and discuss additional opportunities.
• Marketing Strategy: Directs the account team with a comprehensive strategy across paid channels to achieve or surpass client business objectives; Exhibits expertise in media planning, connecting a client’s product, target audience, and media.
• Product Innovation & Quality: Guarantees that paid advertising teams adhere to QA processes, ensuring no revenue-impacting errors within your client portfolio.
• Client Performance & Results: Ensures that at least 75% of their client roster meets their goals/forecast targets within the partnership.
• Data-driven Insights: Utilizes data and analytics to pinpoint strategic opportunities; Converts findings into clear, concise reporting with actionable next steps.
• Measurement Frameworks: Employs overlapping datasets to uncover insights and enhance marketing decisions; Emphasizes business metrics to guide strategy, decisions, and budgets; Utilizes platform or attribution metrics to inform daily tactical optimizations; Applies incrementality to validate when necessary.
• Client Retention: Oversees the contract renewal strategy by adhering to the established client renewal process and timelines. Takes a proactive stance, initiating the process at least 90 days before the contract expiration date by preparing presentations and proposals alongside the Account Manager to extend client partnerships. Regularly reviews and assesses client contracts to ensure goals remain on target.
• Service Expansions: Collaborates with the internal account team to identify additional strategies for performance improvement and client partnership expansion. Always has one service expansion opportunity in mind per client each month to assist them in achieving their objectives.
• Client Portfolio: Manages a diverse portfolio of clients, generating a minimum of $175K in monthly recurring revenue.
• Team Coaching and Development: Exemplifies servant leadership and leads by example; Provides timely, specific feedback to paid advertising team members to elevate existing client services. Oversees the strategic coaching and development of Account Managers and strategists, ensuring teams can independently connect channel execution to client business outcomes and confidently lead client discussions.
• Enhances client-facing excellence across accounts, coaching teams on storytelling, executive presence, and emotional intelligence to deliver clear, polished recommendations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Over 8 years of digital marketing experience in strategic planning, consumer insights, digital integration, and client services, preferably in a digital or media agency.
• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with paid advertising campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in achieving high customer satisfaction scores.
• Extensive experience with CRM or Marketing Operations platforms is required (e.g., Salesforce, Shopify, Hubspot).
• Proficient in discussing business-level metrics such as LTV:CAC, MER, etc.
• Strong campaign leadership skills for end-to-end campaign development, including strategy, segmentation, targeting, etc., in a multi-channel environment.
• Ability to rapidly establish rapport and build relationships with executive-level contacts.
• Enthusiasm for a role that serves as both a marketing consultant and a business consultant for clients.
