Mechanical Services Specialist – On Site Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Provide exceptional on-site services for life-extension, repair, inspection, and diagnostics of rotating machinery.

• Oversee field operations to ensure safety and compliance.

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, and maintain mechanical rotating machine systems.

• Offer clear technical guidance and supervision to technicians.

• Establish robust customer relationships as a reliable technical point of contact.

• Enhance operational quality through thorough documentation.

• Continuously grow technical knowledge and stay current with industry advancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Safety-oriented and technically proficient field service engineer.

• Demonstrated experience in providing on-site services.

• Mechanical technician trade certification or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Experience in at least two primary disciplines (mechanical fitting, winding, machine assembly, electrical testing, or rotating-machine service).

• Strong dedication to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) values.

• Excellent and professional communication abilities.

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and project management skills.

• Solid expertise in Microsoft Office applications.

• Possession of a valid passport and driving license.

• Capability to obtain Ministry of Defence (MoD) security clearance.
