Mechanical Engineering Expert, MSc or PhD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Address and confirm mechanical engineering challenges related to design, analysis, simulation, testing, or research and development.

• Convert physical systems and engineering specifications into analytical or computational models.

• Develop or adjust geometry, meshes, materials, loads, contacts, constraints, and solver inputs.

• Create, solve, evaluate, and verify engineering tasks across structural, thermal, mechanical, and multiphysics areas.

• Produce necessary geometry or mesh, implement materials and boundary conditions, conduct engineering simulations, and evaluate artifacts and analyses against physical and design criteria.

• Complete screening questions, engage in a roughly 30-minute AI interview, and undergo hiring manager review.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's or Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering field.

• Comprehensive knowledge of applied mechanics and the fundamentals of mechanical engineering.

• Experience in developing analytical, computational, or simulation-driven engineering solutions.

• Practical skills in coding agents.

• Experience incorporating coding agents into workflows.

• Background in engineering design, physical modeling, simulation, technical problem-solving, and proficiency in Python.
