This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.
• Oversee and manage mechanical and electrical building services operations across various projects.
• Ensure the successful delivery of M&E packages from the design phase through construction, commissioning, and final handover.
• Maintain rigorous program oversight and track project progress against critical milestones.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, structural engineers, contractors, and specialized consultants.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise the quality, safety, and compliance of installations.
• Examine technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Communicate directly with clients, contractors, and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and address technical, coordination, and scheduling challenges.
• Assist with procurement tasks, contractor oversight, and commercial reporting as necessary.
• Provide leadership, technical knowledge, and mentoring support to the broader project team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
• Solid background in mechanical and electrical building services.
• Demonstrable experience in delivering M&E-focused projects in commercial, residential, healthcare, or related sectors.
• Extensive on-site experience with a strong understanding of construction and installation processes.
• Experience in managing project delivery, stakeholder coordination, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Chartered Engineer status or progress towards chartership (Desirable).
• PMP or a similar certification (Desirable).
• Experience in managing large-scale or technically complex developments (Desirable).
• Knowledge of BIM coordination and digital project delivery tools (Desirable).
• Leadership or commercial management experience (Desirable).
• Experience in live operational environments (Desirable).
