This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.
• Assist in the creation and development of Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs) and Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs) for NPI utility systems (e.g., water, fuel, air, and lubrication facilities).
• Utilize CAD software (AutoCAD) to generate precise, high-quality technical 2D and 3D drawings that comply with industry and safety regulations.
• Support NPI mining initiatives throughout all stages of the project lifecycle: Pre-Feasibility Study (PFS), Detailed Engineering Study (DES), Front-End Engineering Design (FEED), and Detailed Design.
• Aid in the formulation of comprehensive tender packages and construction-ready documentation for mining infrastructure projects.
• Ensure consistent design throughout all project phases to reduce the need for redesign, prevent scope creep, and guarantee constructability.
• Provide high-level engineering administrative assistance, which includes performing calculations and organizing data using Microsoft Excel.
• Draft, revise, and format detailed engineering documents and reports using Microsoft Word.
• Monitor project modifications and ensure that initial project assumptions are consistent with final engineering results.
• Keep accurate records within the company's document control system, as well as manage administrative and document formatting tasks in Word and Excel.
• Verify that all designs adhere to Australian Standards, WA Mines Safety and Inspection Regulations, and specific client site requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Engineering Drafting, or a related discipline.
• At least 2+ years of experience in a drafting or engineering capacity, preferably in the mining, heavy industry, or NPI fields.
• Proficient in **AutoCAD** (2D/3D) with proven experience in creating P&IDs and PFDs being a significant advantage.
• Strong technical writing abilities with the capacity to produce clear, compliant tender documents and engineering reports.
• Willingness to learn, driven, and open to facing new challenges.
• Capability to work autonomously and take initiative with effective problem-solving skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent English language skills (both written and spoken).
• **Nice to have**
• Familiarity with Australian WA mining standards or Non-Process Infrastructure is a substantial advantage.
• Experience in modular and scalable infrastructure design.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Teams.
