This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Carrying out the installation, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and maintenance of rotating machinery and their related auxiliary systems.
• Conducting precise mechanical operations such as alignment, leveling, torquing, dimensional assessments, and assembly/disassembly tasks.
• Identifying mechanical problems and working closely with technical support teams to establish corrective measures.
• Overseeing customer communications, site organization, daily coordination, and supervision of craft labor and subcontractors.
• Creating detailed Field Service Reports, daily logs, punch lists, and other technical documentation.
• Ensuring complete adherence to QHSE standards, including Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), toolbox talks, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and Permit-to-Work procedures.
• A technical diploma and a minimum of five years of field experience working with gas turbines, compressors, or other rotating equipment in installation, inspection, or maintenance roles.
• Expertise in one or more technologies: Compressors (BCL, MCL series, Reciprocating, etc.), HDGT (Frame 5, Frame 7, etc.), Aeroderivative GT (LM2500, LM6000, LMS100), or Steam Turbines.
• Proficiency in interpreting mechanical schematics and adhering to OEM procedures.
• Skilled in using precision instruments (laser alignment, borescope, micrometers, dial indicators).
• Experience in executing upgrades, NICs/TILs, or mechanical modifications.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously, assess complex issues, and provide technical guidance with minimal oversight.

• Willingness and capability to travel at least 70%, including internationally and offshore, without geographical restrictions, along with current or previous TWIC card eligibility.
