This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Respond promptly to client support inquiries through email and various support channels.
• Establish and maintain measurement systems for campaigns involving advertisers, agencies, and publishers.
• Monitor campaigns for alerts, exceptions, and anomalies in data.
• Troubleshoot issues and assist in resolving them before they impact client reporting.
• Provide support to Measurement Success Managers regarding daily measurement tasks and client requirements.
• Develop and manage spreadsheets to analyze extensive datasets and facilitate client reporting.
• Conduct Zoom-based training and onboarding sessions for clients.
• Play an essential role in quality assurance, ensuring the accuracy of data provided to clients.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance workflows and processes as our client base expands.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets, including formula utilization.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Capability to manage multiple tasks and accounts simultaneously.
• Comfortable with troubleshooting issues and inquiring when discrepancies arise.
