This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Chile.
• Take charge of the implementation of online tracking across various digital platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, DSPs, SEO, etc.)
• Develop and maintain GTM containers, pixels, server-side tracking configurations, and event schemas
• Implement and conduct quality assurance for conversion tracking (primary, secondary, micro, offline conversions)
• Ensure accurate capture and transfer of click IDs (GCLID, FBCLID, etc.) through forms and CRM systems
• Oversee CRM and call tracking integrations (CallRail, Liine, CTM, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• Support HIPAA-compliant measurement setups, including BAAs and compliant data flows
• Perform quality assurance on all tracking before campaign launches and following significant site updates
• Monitor conversion health across accounts and proactively address tracking discrepancies
• Maintain and document the alignment of Measurement Framework implementation
• Assist with automation initiatives related to conversion syncing, error handling, and quality assurance
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure tracking is consistent with the data model and reporting structure
• Create and update tracking documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and optimize business processes.
• Over 3 years of experience in digital marketing tracking or ad operations
• Advanced proficiency in Google Tag Manager (client-side required; server-side preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads conversion tracking and offline conversion imports
• Familiarity with Meta CAPI and event prioritization
• Experience with CRM integrations and form tracking
• Understanding of HIPAA-compliant marketing environments is preferred
• Strong quality assurance mindset and attention to detail
• Ability to independently troubleshoot tracking issues
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with Media, Engineering, and Analytics teams
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
