Measure Technician, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Conduct in-home measurements, calculations, review quotes, and present findings.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance customer relationships.

• Assist with sales, product inquiries, and coordination of installations.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions to assess project and product requirements.

• Articulate merchandise features and benefits while explaining the steps for project completion.

• Exhibit knowledge of products and services when responding to customer inquiries.

• Recognize opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and management.

• Travel between appointments, various locations, and possibly company sites.

• Report to the Assistant Market Manager.

• Meet objectives for customer service, measurement precision, punctuality, and sales productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable means of transportation is required.

• High school diploma or GED is necessary.

• At least 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• No prior leadership experience is necessary.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Capacity to regularly lift, carry, or handle weights ranging from 8 to 20 pounds.

• Ability to efficiently complete daily routes for assigned appointments.

• Ability to operate within a designated geographical area.

• Willingness to travel between various locations.

• Competencies in customer service, communication, collaboration, and customer focus are essential.
