Measure Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for assigned measure appointments.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers to accomplish all other assigned work activities.

• Adhere to all policies, procedures, and maintain the established work schedule.

• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions and attentively listening to their responses regarding their projects and product requirements.

• Explain the features and benefits of products along with the necessary steps to complete projects.

• Showcase knowledge of products and services while responding to customer inquiries.

• Recognize opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.
