Measure Tech – Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Foster, develop, and enhance customer relationships during daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, product inquiries, in-home measurements, and coordinate installations.

• Deliver precise measurements, calculations, review quotes, and conduct presentations.

• Engage customers with open-ended questions to understand their project and product requirements.

• Explain product features and benefits, along with the steps for project completion.

• Address customer inquiries utilizing knowledge of products and services.

• Recognize opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Collaborate with Associates, Supervisors, and Managers on assigned tasks.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Travel between locations within a designated geographical area.

• Report to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

• Reliable means of transportation is necessary.

• High school diploma or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is preferred.

• Previous leadership experience is not required.

• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.

• Capability to regularly lift, handle, or carry materials or equipment weighing between 8 and 20 pounds.

• Proficient in customer service, product knowledge, measurement, calculation, quote review, and presentation skills.
