Measure Tec, Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Efficiently and accurately complete daily routes for pre-assigned in-home measurement appointments.

• Conduct in-home measurements, perform calculations, review quotes, and present information.

• Develop, maintain, and enhance customer relationships through daily interactions.

• Assist with sales, address product inquiries, and coordinate installations within the Measurement Services Center Field Services Organization.

• Deliver high-quality professional customer service that meets or surpasses company standards and customer expectations.

• Engage customers by asking open-ended questions regarding their projects and product requirements.

• Clearly describe product features and benefits, as well as explain the steps for project completion.

• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of products and services while addressing customer inquiries.

• Spot opportunities to involve customers in additional service programs.

• Collaborate with colleagues, supervisors, and managers on assigned tasks.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and work schedules.

• Primarily travel within a designated geographic area and provide support to company locations as necessary.

• Report directly to the Assistant Market Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Reliable transportation is essential.

• High school diploma and/or GED is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience is needed.

• Previous leadership experience is not required.

• Must be able to stand or walk continuously and regularly lift, handle, or carry moderate-weight materials or equipment (8–20 pounds).

• Traveling between locations is necessary.
