This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +7 more states.
• Deliver exceptional, continuous care for patients through a telemedicine-first model.
• Utilize proprietary, HIPAA-compliant electronic health records for two-way video and audio consultations.
• Establish your own recurring schedules while providing care in a seven-day-a-week operation.
• Work collaboratively with a dedicated team of patient care advocates and licensed medical professionals for patient follow-up.
• Completed an accredited nursing or medical program with a national certification.
• Currently licensed in AZ, IL, FL, TN, TX, NJ, NV, or PA; or in CA and/or NY along with at least one of the following states: CO, CT, DC, GA, IA, IL, MA, MD, MI, MN, NC, NM, KY, OH, OR, UT, VA, WA, WI with the ability to acquire additional state licenses as necessary.
• Valid DEA Registration in good standing for all schedules to prescribe medications, including S2.
• A minimum of 2 years post-residency practice experience is highly preferred.
• Must hold Board Certification in Family or Internal Medicine.
• A strong commitment to evidence-based medicine.
• Eagerness to learn how to diagnose and manage a variety of adult and primary care conditions.
• A PC with Windows 11 Pro or a Mac newer than 2020 is required.
• Compensation is based on a fee-for-service model.
• Fully empaneled PCPs earn an average of $100/hr or $200/hr.
• A comprehensive incentive program for top-performing PCPs.
