MCAT Specialist – Video Lecturer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide captivating on-camera instruction that covers MCAT content, strategies, and test-taking techniques for CARS, C/P, B/B, and P/S sections.

• Adhere to filming schedules and meet project deadlines consistently.

• Collaborate with curriculum and production teams to guarantee accuracy, clarity, and alignment with AAMC-style materials and current exam trends.

• Review and enhance provided scripts, slides, and practice questions.

• Utilize teaching strategies, mnemonics, timing techniques, and real-life examples effectively.

• Convert tutoring insights into universally applicable lessons that address common student misunderstandings and challenges.

• Work alongside editors and producers to develop refined, professional video content.

• Adhere to production schedules while integrating creative feedback and pursuing continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Outstanding personal MCAT performance with proven expertise in the exam's content, format, and strategies.

• A minimum MCAT score of 515 obtained within the last 5 years (proof of score required).

• At least 3 years of experience in teaching or tutoring students in preparation for the MCAT.

• Bachelor's degree is mandatory.

• An advanced degree (Master's, MD, PhD, or current medical/graduate student) in a science or health-related discipline is highly preferred.

• Exceptional ability to convey complex, interdisciplinary subjects in a clear and engaging manner.

• Experience teaching to a virtual audience with enthusiasm, energy, and clarity.

• Ability to collaborate with a creative team and respond to feedback in a dynamic environment.

• Familiarity with digital tools (Google Suite, PowerPoint/Keynote) and a willingness to learn production workflows.

• Successful completion of background checks, reference checks, employment history, education verification, and credential validation may be required.
