MBA Intern, AI Strategy & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with the Chief Payments Officer on strategic projects.

• Develop scalable solutions designed to minimize manual tasks.

• Enhance decision-making processes and foster long-term organizational advantages.

• Create and implement tools, frameworks, and AI-driven resources.

• Engage in projects such as the AI-powered Payments Knowledge Assistant, intelligent SOP frameworks, decision-support tools, and AI workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an MBA program (or a comparable graduate business degree).

• Strong enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and business transformation.

• Familiarity with Generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or Copilot.

• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Capability to independently design solutions for ambiguous challenges.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Experience in process mapping and workflow optimization.

• Comfortable working with data and operational metrics.

• Entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on execution.

• Bonus Skills: Proficiency in prompt engineering, no-code automation tools (such as Zapier, Make, n8n), Power BI, Tableau, or Looker, and familiarity with SQL or Python (helpful but not mandatory), as well as experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
