Math Tutor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct personalized online math lessons for high school students throughout North America, covering Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, Geometry, and associated SAT Math topics in accordance with the CCSS framework.

• Design and adapt lesson materials tailored to the unique needs of each student.

• Offer prompt feedback and focused guidance to enhance student comprehension and foster ongoing improvement.

• Assist in project testing and the continual development of the curriculum.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher; degrees in Math, Education, or related disciplines are preferred.

• Prior experience teaching Math at the middle school or high school level is highly desirable.

• Knowledge of Pre-Algebra, Algebra I & II, and Geometry curriculum is essential.

• Must be available and willing to work during weekday evenings and weekends (considering US time zones).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.

• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is preferred.
