Math Learning Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia.

📋 Description

• Proficiently responding to client inquiries regarding course options, schedules, teaching methodologies, and registration procedures.

• Engage with potential clients who express interest or register via Think Academy’s official website, ensuring prompt and personalized follow-ups.

• Conduct consultation calls, text messages, or emails to gain insights into students’ academic objectives and recommend suitable courses.

• Foster robust relationships with parents by understanding their children's educational requirements and suggesting appropriate programs.

• Oversee leads generated from digital platforms (website, advertisements, social media) — monitor their progress in the CRM system and manage the entire conversion journey from initial contact to enrollment.

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve weekly/monthly enrollment goals and enhance resource conversion rates.

• Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to provide feedback on lead quality, user requirements, and the effectiveness of messaging.

• Review personal performance data weekly and proactively modify communication strategies to meet and surpass enrollment targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree is required; a degree in Teaching, Education, or Mathematics is preferred.

• At least 1-2 years of experience in education consulting, inside sales, or customer success.

• Proficient in both English and Chinese, possessing strong communication skills to effectively engage with parents and students.

• Passionate about education and dedicated to helping students achieve success; empathetic towards the needs and concerns of parents.

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive — capable of managing multiple leads simultaneously with precision.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence in addressing parents’ concerns.

• Available to work 40 hours per week, approximately 6–7 hours a day, 6 days a week, with working hours from 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM and one weekday off.
