📋 Description

• Design and develop new test items tailored for various client-specific projects

• Assess items through internal review processes

• Conduct item entry and take part in group evaluations

• Document notes and implement edits proposed during group review sessions

• Execute independent content reviews (CR1) drawing on relevant experience

• Finalize web approvals

• Undertake post-committee review clean-up tasks

• Utilize state specifications to create content

• Apply scoring techniques across a variety of item types

• Enact post-client and committee item edits following guidance

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field with 2-5 years of experience in math education-related roles, or a Master’s degree with 0-3 years of relevant experience

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail

• Capability to identify issues and formulate solutions

• Proficient in prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines

• Ability to transition focus among multiple tasks

• Excellent collaboration skills

• Required travel may range from 1 to 8 weeks annually

• Willingness to travel for 2-5 days at a time

• Must reside and work within the United States

• A dependable cable or fiber-optic broadband internet connection with minimum speeds of 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload

• Must be able to engage in video-based interviews and ongoing virtual meetings with the camera on

• Compliance with the prohibition on note-taking tools, reference materials, or AI-powered tools during interviews or selection activities unless prior written approval is obtained
