This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hawaii, +1 more state.
• Conduct 12-15 high-quality client meetings on a weekly basis.
• Meeting formats include in-person and virtual project-specific discussions, product presentations, AIA/IDCEC CEU presentations, custom sample deliveries, and library updates.
• Cultivate long-term, positive relationships with firms and individuals founded on mutual respect, competence, and general likability.
• Maintain and enhance existing systems to monitor projects from initial client interest to specification, construction, and completion (sampling -> quoting -> ordering -> installation -> imagery).
• Manage field inquiries, provide budget pricing, and establish projects and clients in the CRM.
• Develop technical expertise in 3form products to effectively address standard client queries and concerns.
• Participate in a weekly team sales call.
• Attend annual sales conferences (held in Utah) and quarterly territory reviews (via Zoom) as necessary.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 3-5 years of outside sales experience with a proven success record.
• Ability to interpret architectural drawings is preferred.
• A business development mindset aimed at aggressively expanding sales.
• Strong emotional intelligence with experience in an entrepreneurial setting.
• Proven success in driving revenue growth and increasing the number of projects.
• Capability to manage projects and resolve specifiers’ concerns and questions.
• Authentic, energetic, and effective communication skills.
