This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Outline the recruitment journey and pinpoint key use cases for AI agents.
β’ Specify the technical architecture, including agents, ATS integrations, data, and workflows, and design processes that involve LLMs alongside human oversight.
β’ Create prototypes or MVPs for agents targeting crucial phases of the selection process.
β’ Connect the agents with corporate systems such as ATS, calendars, and communications, and refine based on their performance.
β’ Organize the collection and evaluation of process data, and implement monitoring, governance, and bias reduction strategies.
β’ Position level: TECH 3 β Master's.
β’ Education: Master's degree.
β’ Fields of study: Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related disciplines.
β’ Demonstrated experience in developing AI agents and applications based on LLMs (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or similar technologies).
β’ Solution architecture focused on APIs and microservices; experience with system integrations.
β’ Background in creating MVPs and prototypes within innovation or applied research environments.
β’ Solid foundation in data engineering and analysis, including modeling, pipelines, and insights generation.
β’ Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS).
β’ Proficient in Python and SQL.
β’ Preferred: Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and language model evaluation.
β’ Knowledge in workflow orchestration (n8n, Airflow, Power Automate, or similar tools).
β’ Expertise in AI governance, performance tracking, and bias mitigation.
β’ Experience with HR systems or ATS integrations (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Gupy, or similar).
β’ Availability: 40 hours per week.
β’ Duration: 12 months.
