This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Deliver clinical services that align with established best-practice intervention guidelines.
• Perform evaluations and provide individual, group, family, or couple's psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, and children within the service area.
• Maintain communication and reporting with referral sources and other involved parties as authorized by the client.
• Foster effective working relationships with the clinical team and community referral sources.
• Keep timely and accurate clinical records in accordance with organizational policies.
• Engage in the development and implementation of quality clinical practices.
• Achieve billable-hour productivity standards.
• Timely complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments.
• Finalize clinical documentation within two business days of service delivery.
• Develop treatment plans and other clinical service authorizations in a prompt manner.
• Communicate effectively through written, verbal, in-person, and virtual channels.
• Offer customer service to individuals seeking assistance.
• A Master's degree in social work, psychology, or a related discipline is mandatory.
• An active three-letter or associate license is required.
• Strong written, verbal, in-person, and virtual communication skills are essential.
• Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to individuals seeking support.
• Preferred experience of three to five years in a behavioral health environment.
• Familiarity with evidence-based and best-practice interventions is preferred.
• Capability to complete ANSA/CANS assessments and reassessments punctually.
• Ability to finalize clinical documentation within two business days.
• Competence in completing treatment plans and clinical service authorizations promptly.
• Ability to meet billable-hour productivity standards.
• Capacity to perform listed physical activities, including mostly seated work along with occasional driving, lifting, bending, kneeling, and squatting.
